Ventura Surf está situado en la bahía de Corralejo, en el norte de Fuerteventura. El viento suele soplar del Norte (sideshore), con agua plana en la bahía y un swell bonito cerca de la Isla de Lobos en verano y del Este o Nordeste con olas en invierno. Por su proximidad a la Isla de Los Lobos y Lanzarote los vientos predominantes aumentan su intensidad, lo que convierte el spot en uno de los más completos de Canarias, apto para todos los niveles, con condiciones ideales para el freeride, freestyle, slalom y ola.

El centro dispone de un barco de rescate y está abierto todo el año.

Ventura Surf liegt in der Bucht von Corralejo, im Norden von Fuerteventura. Im Sommer sorgt ein konstanter Passatwind für Flachwasser in der Bucht und die optimale Dünung vor Los Lobos verwöhnt jeden Welleneinsteiger. Im Winter funktioniert bei östlichen, nordöstlichen Winden eine schöne Welle am Rocky Point. Diese Bedingungen und die Düse zwischen Lanzarote, Los Lobos und Fuerteventura machen den Spot zu einem der besten und abwechslungsreichsten Allroundreviere der Kanaren, ideal für jede Könnerstufe und perfekt für die Schulung. Der Einstieg ins Wasser bleibt auch bei extremen Bedingungen bequem - das Freemove-, Wave- und Speedrevier für Ein- und Aufsteiger, Cracks und Heizer in einem.

Das Center ist ganzjährig geöffnet und sehr zentral gelegen. Überwachung und Rettungsboote vorhanden.

Ventura Surf is situated in the bay of Corralejo, in the north of Fuerteventura. In the summer, the wind is mainly blowing from the North (trade winds), with flat water in the bay and a superb swell near the island of Los Lobos. In the winter months the East and North East trades lock in, with a sheltered area on the inside and nice wave sailing near Rocky Point.

The channel between Los Lobos, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura accelerates the trade winds and the great choice of wind and sea conditions make the location possibly to one of the best windsurfing spots on the Canary Islands. The conditions suit every level of sailing, from beginner trough to slalom, freeride, freestyle and wave riding all in one area and in one day. The easy access in and out of sea makes the spot to a safety place for everybody.

The centre is open all year round. There’s a rescue boat always at hand.
